4.9. Damage insurance agents, must, before placing a risk with an insurer with whom the agents of the firm on whose behalf they are acting have a business relationship as defined in the second paragraph of section 26 of the Act and section 4.10, disclose such business relationship verbally to the person with whom they are transacting business, in the manner prescribed in Schedule 4.
